Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy

All products supplied by A&M Heritage Outdoor Retreats are handcrafted and made to order.

Deposits

• A deposit is required at checkout to secure your order

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover materials, labour, and production scheduling

Remaining Balance

• The remaining balance will be charged 60 days after the deposit is paid

• An invoice will be issued prior to the remaining balance being charged

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled in writing before production begins

• Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund

• Any costs incurred prior to cancellation (including materials, labour, or site visits) remain payable

Lead Times

• Our current lead time is approximately 3 months

• Lead times are estimates and may vary due to workload, materials, or weather conditions

Important Notice

Because all products are bespoke and made to order, the right to cancel under distance selling regulations does not apply once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.
