Delivery Overview

At A&M Heritage Outdoor Retreats, all of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Delivery and professional installation are included where stated and form part of our complete service.

Because each structure is built specifically for the customer, delivery times vary depending on the product, size, and current workload.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver and install across the UK mainland.

If your location is outside our standard service area or has restricted access, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.


Lead Times

  • All products are built after an order is confirmed

  • Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of quotation or order

  • Lead times may vary due to material availability, workload, or weather conditions

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.


Delivery & Installation

Where stated, delivery and installation are included in the price and will be arranged in advance with the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and suitable access to the installation area

  • A level, stable, and suitable base is prepared before delivery

  • Any access restrictions, narrow entry points, or site challenges are disclosed in advance

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional charges.


Additional Charges

Delays or complications caused by:

  • Poor or restricted access

  • Unsuitable or unprepared ground

  • Undisclosed site conditions

  • The need for additional labour or return visits

may result in additional charges. Where possible, customers will be informed of any extra costs before work proceeds.


Weather Conditions

As our products are installed outdoors, delivery and installation may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions for safety and quality reasons. In such cases, installation will be rescheduled at the earliest suitable opportunity.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery or installation cannot proceed due to site conditions, lack of access, or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply to cover wasted time and return visits.


Damage During Delivery

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during delivery or installation, this must be reported within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement where appropriate.
